As a new client of Bloorcourt Veterinary Clinic, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs. Our service will be provided with courtesy and respect and we will treat your pet as if he or she is our own.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we will usher you into an examination room as soon as we have one available. Water, for you and your pets, is available in our reception area.
Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays and a sudden emergency may temporarily keep our Veterinarian from a scheduled appointment. We will endeavour to ensure these instances are minimized as much as possible.
You will normally see one of our welcoming Receptionists first, who will confirm you and your pet’s information. Our Veterinarian will see you next, examine your pet, answer your questions and plan further diagnostics or treatment as necessary. You may see one of our Veterinary Technicians to wrap things up and to provide you with further educational information or to answer routine wellness and care questions for you. Our Receptionists will handle billing and schedule any needed follow up.
